Welcome to Otters!
The children in this class are in Year 3 & 4. Our Teacher is Miss Titmarsh and our Teaching Assistants are Mrs Spencer and Mrs Cannell.
Our classroom is part of the old school building and has its own bell tower. Each day in the afternoon, a child from the class rings the bell to signal the end of the school day. We also have a book corner filled with a variety of books.
Our learning takes place on a two year cycle and includes themes such as The Egyptians, Invaders and Warriors, Electricity, Light and Dark and the Stone Age. PE is every Monday and Friday with Mrs Horton and the children have started to learn Spanish once a week too.
In our first few weeks in Otters class, we had a zoom call with the author of our class text - Varjak Paw by S.F. Said.
